
Well-being and Yoga Session with Rekha
Relax and Unwind with like-minded women through yoga and general well-being activities.
As 2019 gradually draws to a close, this month we will be joined by a qualified Yoga teacher Rekha Raghu as we unwind and reflect over the year.\
This workshop will include:
– A basic introduction into yoga and general breathing techniques
– Breathing techniques and practical tips on improving your general wellness
– An opportunity to connect and meet other like-minded women.

*Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear and bring a bottle of water with you.
