Empowering women with refreshing new ideas and activities. It is a community of women who look out for each other by listening and sharing.

How do projects like She is You help?
By helping women to gain confidence and plan their lives by  introducing them to new activities and creating a safe space for them to voice their views.

What does ‘She Is You’ mean to you?
SIY means a sisterhood to me. A safe space where I can discuss and connect with women like myself who are going through the same things as me.

What do you believe is the key thing affecting young women from achieving their potential?
Fear, self-confidence/belief, lack of guidance and past failures. A combination of these things are what holds a lot of young women back. Often pushing them into a corner of defeat.
